Endre Sjøvold is one of Norway’s leading experts on teams and collaboration. He is a professor at NTNU and Director of Research at the SPGR Institute. For over 40 years, he has researched and worked with teams in Norwegian and international organizations. He has developed theories, methods, and tools to strengthen performance teams – used by the Armed Forces since 2000 – and has published numerous scientific works and books.
